I'm finally taking my plot outline dkalban.deviantart.com/art/Plo… and making the full scripts for this potential mini series that, if DC sees this and likes this, could be how Damian Wayne comes back into DC Comics after Grant Morrison selfishly offed him in Batman Incorporated #8 (STILL PISSED ABOUT IT!)

Damian Wayne is dead, his father still mourns him. But, his mother refuses to grieve any longer, and captures his body and brings him back to life.

Needless to say, Damian wants to go home to Gotham. And with the help of a mysterious young man and his bodyguard, Damian prepares to head home to Gotham to become Robin and a son once again!

Granted, given that Batman Inc is wrapping up next week, who knows if I'll have to rewrite this...Not to mention who might be the new Robin, Carrie Kelley's connection to Damian, etc...Anyways, let me cross that bridge when it arrives.

Of course, to my "regulars", it's no surprise who J. Bowden Hapgood is; clever way to bring him into the DCU as a supporting role, don't you think ;)

This is a longer script since this would be a miniseries and thus requires more pages to tell the tale.

And if someone can create an actual cover for this arc, that would be awesome ;)

As for the actual story, I prefer to focus on the journey back rather than how he came back to life. Explaining resurrection is tedious. The journey is the fun part.

Be prepared for a globetrotting chase as Damian and Co run for Gotham while being pursued by killers.

Damian Wayne, Batman, et al belong to DC Comics

"J" and Brighton belong to me, though "J"'s present alias is inspired by a character from Anyone Can Whistle, one of Sondheim's rare flops.

Script and Story belongs to me as well.

I really like your writing it's emotionally well founded but never breaks character. This is how I'd expect Batman to react to this. In fact you just earned yourself a fav and a watcher. Keep up the good writing!
