Batman- The Return of Damian Wayne Part IV by Dkalban Batman- The Return of Damian Wayne Part IV by Dkalban

Part V: fav.me/d6qbn8d

Damian Wayne's road home after being brought back to life comes closer and closer to the grand finale! Traveling on a new version of the famous Orient Express, Damian and his allies are attacked by one of the Seven Men of Death, and by three bounty hunters. And in Paris, J and Damian are chased to the top of Notre Dame...but by what? Things are rushing towards the massive final battle in Gotham for Damian's soul. Will Batman regain the son he lost, or will Talia take Damian away forever?

It's been fun using the Seven Men of Death as the main baddies; but I'm glad to also be using three of my favorite C-list villains for this story :D First introduced in Nightwing by Chuck Dixon and Scott McDaniel; Lady Vic, Brutale, and Stallion have been vicious foes as well as comic relief. So its fun to be using them; I know Lady Vic is supposed to be introduced into the N52 "soon"; I don't know when though.

Damian Wayne, Batman, Talia al Ghul, etc belongs to DC Comics

"J. Bowden Hapgood" and Brighton belong to me.

Oh I just loved the ending, symbolism is always key in the batman stories I've noticed and despite that being rather obvious I liked it nevertheless. A few funny moments, athiesm being vocal in the biggest french church ever. Some sweet bromance moments between an unwilling kid and a loud moral enigma (heh). And of course the bullet train fight...a little wolverine but what the hell it works! I look forward to seeing the end

Which symbolism in this case?

Thanks! :D I thought the atheism bit was clever :)

Hey, J is a loud personality XD

Actually, tbh, I was more influenced by Lone Ranger than Wolverine :)

Thanks :D

True, it was a bit of a financial flop; though to be fair people are admitting in retrospect they were out to trash a film...

Thanks :D I was going for some very powerful imagery

Ahhhh, the feels man...the feels~
; w ;

Anyways great story man! Just one question; in 18.5 is it really Razorburn's line or Damian's? I don't know it's just that it seems more of Damian's line really~
