Occupation: Cult Leader/Serial Killer
Age: Hundreds of years
Powers: Ability to generate water and ice to attack his enemies. His preferred method of murder is to drown his victims while at the same time freezing them, covering them with a thin coating of ice (aka RIME). Also has some mind control ability, and is unafraid to use his followers as cannonfodder.
Many have heard of the Rime of the Ancient Mariner by Coleridge; but what few know is that it’s a true story. The young man in the poem was Samuel Taylor Coleridge himself, and the encounter not only inspired the poem, but later drove him to the drugs and drink that would eventually ruin his life. The Ancient Mariner was an early sailor of the Atlantic; some whisper he was a Viking, or a sailor on an early, and hushed up, voyage to the New World.
