Well, I finally got a response from DC Comics!
It's probably the nicest rejection letter I've ever seen XD
They actually used the title of the tale in the letter and they appreciate my desire to work for them etc and so on.
Of course, they can't actually take a look at my story because it's unsolicited etc.
But they wished me the best
And they were nice enough to return my script

The letter is as follows:
Dear Daniel,
We have received your story of Superboy: Speaking for the Victims. Thank you for taking the time out to write us. On behalf of DC Entertainment, thank you for your interest in our company. We appreciate your desire to work with us.
Regrettably, it is company policy not to accept or review unsolicited submissions from anyone. We hope you understand the difficult position a company like DC Entertainment is in regarding unsolicited submissions. Please log onto our website dccomics.com for more information.
We wish you all the best and thank you for being a DC Comics fan.

That's cool, it may have been a rejection letter but at least it was acknowledged.
My suggestion is to try send some to smaller companies first. DC and Marvel usually end up grabbing up and coming guys from the smaller publishers if they can make a name for themselves there. Good luck!
